Register for Programs

Fill out a registration form and an Internet Permission Form, Enclose a Deposit, and send it in!

There are two options for filling out the forms. For e-forms, click the appropriate box below. It will open MS Word, and there will be gray boxes in the places where we need information. Just click on a box and type in the info. Use tab to automatically move to the next box!

To keep it simple, click on the links below for the two forms. These will also open in MS Word, but there will be no gray boxes. Just print the forms and fill them out by hand!

Once you have filled out and signed the forms, You may fax them to us at 603-622-4933. Include a $100 dollar deposit (via Credit Card) and we will reserve your space! Full payment and the Internet Permission Form are due 1 full week prior to student's camp start date.

Forms can also be sent via "Snail Mail" with Credit Card info or Check enclosed. Please make checks out to BSTI.
